Technical Director
Tony brings over 35 years of experience in piling and ground improvement. His extensive expertise, proven project success, and industry knowledge have earned the trust of clients and peers across Australia and internationally.
Jibran Alam
General Manager (Director)
Jibran brings extensive experience in ground improvement and deep foundation engineering, having delivered complex projects across Australia and internationally. Holding a Master of Science in Construction Management and Structural Engineering, he has developed a broad skill set spanning design, estimating, project delivery, commercial management and business development.
Dan Hague
Operations Manager (Director)
Dan possesses over 20 years of hands-on experience and extensive expertise in ground improvement techniques. He demonstrates strong leadership while ensuring all works are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Rob McInnes
HR and Finance Manager (Director)
Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry working with foundation contractors. He has extensive commercial and managerial experience across projects ranging from small-scale developments to large infrastructure works.
Jurie Engelbrecht
BD and Design Manager
Jurie is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) with 20 years of geotechnical experience across South Africa and Australia. He has worked across deep foundations, earth retention, and ground improvement, with strong expertise in project delivery, design management, and complex construction projects from concept to award.
Greg Cooney
Superintendent
Greg brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in ground improvement, with extensive site expertise across a wide range of techniques. He leads high-performing teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficient delivery. His field experience across Australian projects makes him a key asset in managing complex construction works to the highest standards.
Eric Wong
Senior Project Engineer
Eric is a geotechnical engineer with 15 years of experience in piling and ground improvement projects. He has strong expertise in site management, geotechnical instrumentation, ITP preparation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring works are delivered safely and to high-quality standards.
Jarrod Hooper
Project Engineer
Jarrod is a highly organised project engineer with a strong background in geotechnical and construction materials testing, and ground improvement. As a NATA-accredited geotechnician, he developed expertise in CPT and CPTu interpretation, laboratory mix design, and quality assurance. At DGSA, he delivers mass and deep soil mixing, rigid inclusions, and mine remediation projects.
Amy Hague
Payroll and HR
Amy Hague supports DGSA’s HR and payroll functions, managing employee records, onboarding, and payroll processing. Her organised approach ensures smooth administration and helps the team focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Plant manager
Martin is a qualified Motor Mechanic with over 25 years of experience in plant, equipment, and operational management. He has held senior leadership roles, including National Plant Manager, delivering major construction and mining projects across Australia.
